Our comprehensive Code of Conduct, which is based on existing policies, is our way of ensuring that we conduct business in an ethical and compliant way. The Code applies to everyone within Volvo Cars, as well as consultants and agency personnel working under the direction of Volvo Cars. China has quickly become the star performer among Volvo’s markets. In the first six months of 2014, some 38,555 cars were sold in the Chinese market – an increase of 34.3 percent compared to the first six months of 2013. Significantly, this means that China has now overtaken the United States to become Volvo Cars’ largest single market.
Everyone working at, or with, Volvo Cars should be comfortable raising questions or concerns about ethical issues or cases of non-compliance. We support a culture of openness, integrity and accountability. If you want to report a violation of our Code of Conduct, you can submit a report.
